5 key daily routines to lose weight, reduce inflammation and detox the body naturally.

Don’t you just hate that you can’t seem to lose or or when you finally do actually keep off. Either by not being consistent in diet and exercise routine. Trust me I understand your frustration. We all are the same in the same big boat. I started at 225 pounds and was able to get down to 175 pounds in a short amount of time. A great thing there is room for error. For the past 5 years I’ve been able keep it off by following these 5 hacks to the best of my ability. These key hacks I use are easy simple hacks and should be in your daily routine. It is proven... This will reduce sugar and yeast cravings, speed up your metabolism and flush out toxins. If you’re always feeling tired or just have low energy like I use to, these tips will help increase your energy and also boost your overall moral and appearance.


You’ll need a few items, which will be:

• Lemon and water

• Virgin coconut oil (unrefined) 

• Tongue scraper

• Green tea. 


(You can find all of these items for a small price at your local health food store, grocery or online.)


So the first step to losing the unwanted weight is to get into the groove of having a good healthy morning energizing routine. I got into the habit of doing this and it eventually became easier to do each morning. So when we first wake up, the first essential part of your morning should be to stretch. I never realized how much of a difference stretching did to my body. It helps get the blood flowing, to rotate all the joints like your hips wrist, ankles and etc. This is for better movement throughout the day and for less stiffness.

So don’t forget to make that body wiggle and reach for the stars.

After stretching, you then want to scrape your tongue with none other than your handy dandy tongue scraper. I was able to get mine at my local Dollar Store ….. being healthy while not breaking the bank? … Count me in. But luckily if you don’t have one, you can still try scraping your tongue with a spoon, a metal spoon I found works best. You also ever wonder why we get morning breath? Well that’s the importance of tongue scrapers, they help remove all those nasty toxins that your body wants to get rid of. This will also assist in weight loss and to help fight off those unnecessary cravings, reduce inflammation and increase mental clarity. So when you scrape your tongue the first thing in the morning we’re actually doing our body a favor by not digesting those old toxins that your body deposited the night before. After you get done with scraping your tongue, try drinking a small glass of water. I found that this is the perfect way to start your digestion for the day and jumpstart your metabolism. Then drink an 8oz glass of warm or room temperature water with lemon This will clean your liver and kidneys ridding them of extra waste.


The second step to weight loss is to get into the habit of taking coconut oil. By taking one spoon of unrefined virgin coconut oilorally, can lead to weight loss. (I do have to mention though, some people can be a little sensitive to coconut oil after digesting it. Some may feel a nauseous, But don’t worry, that can also be a good and a bad sign. If you end up feeling a little sick, this could mean that your body has parasites and fungus. Being that coconut oil is anti fungal. However, the nausea is a sign that the coconut oil is working and killing off the fungus of candida that causes belly fat storage and cravings. I understand that orally swallowing coconut oil can be challenging to some, it was something I had to get used too. But you also have the option of blending two tablespoons of coconut oil in a blender and drink it with green tea or your morning coffee…. Yum

The third step is to drink one cup of hot or cold green teawith no sugar only natural honey or coconut oil a day. This will again help to keep those cravings at bay and it speeds your metabolism up. The active compounds in green tea can aid in this process by boosting the effects offat burning hormones.

Look for that no high fructose label everyyime

The fourth step, which I think is extremely important if you’re looking to lose a lot of surprising weight is, stay away from dairy and high fructose corn syrup. Did you know that 65 percent of humans are actually lactose intolerant? By giving up the food allergen you will reduce bloating of the GI tract, which can lead to inflammation in the body which leads to weight gain, eczema, and much more. High corn syrup fructose is also important to stay away from because after consuming it, it is then converted to fat easily because it overloads our liver by the way it is digested differently than natural foods that we eat. This causes the fat to store in those unwanted areas. I believe eliminating these two things from your diet is the most important key to shedding weight and keeping those inches off. I noticed such a huge difference when I eliminated those two things from my diet. I know you’re probably thinking how crazy that sounds right? Or that it is almost impossible to completely eliminate dairy and high fructose corn syrup from your diet. It’s not easy to do, but I will say, you can first start by eliminating all sodas and shelf beverages. They are one of the main carriers of in high fructose corn syrup. Next time you happen to go grocery shopping, don’t forget to check the back of the label and read the ingredients that are listed. In this case, water and natural fruit juices will be your best friend. (only drink juice that has to be keep refrigerated) and of coarse that have no high fructose corn syrup The difference will be drastic. Thank me later… The one thing I loved about making this transition to remove dairy consumption is the different options and alternatives that they have instead. Which you can find all of these options at your local grocery store or market. So instead of drinking regular milk, try going for substitutes such as plant milk or almond milk that are refrigerated only. (You want to do your best to stay away from shelf beverages). Also another great alternative is, almond cheese instead of regular cheese. Before starting my transition, I wasn’t really aware of how much fructose and dairy that I was actually ingesting. Unfortunately, these things lead to severe weight gain and body deformation.


Lastly, the last Fifth step that helped me lose weight was fasting. You definitely want to fast for at least 8-12 hours every night consistently. So lets say for example, if you go to sleep at 10 pm try not to eat or drink anything besides water until 10am the next morning. This will give your organs and digestive system a much needed break every night. Think about it, your organs are working daily and need rest in order to detox, repair and regenerate. When we constantly fill our body with processed foods and sugars throughout the day we put a tax on our organs, which explains why you might have low energy and mental fog. Always remember after any fast or a nights rest. Always drink a small glass of water before bed and first thing upon waking up.


In conclusion these key steps will eliminate waste from you body daily, reduce inflammation and speeding up the metabolism. By following this routine not only will lose weight and shed inches you actually start in clear up skin issues like “ecemzma”, kill bacteria in digestive system, kill bad breath, and overall reducing mental fog and boosting a feeling of clarity. I know following a routine can be challenging for most, but if you follow as close as possible you will have success.
